The Grill Pan is the healthy way to fry, as the ridges in the base ensure that all the fat is drained away.

The Grill pan is made from cast aluminium which heats up quickly and provides good heat retention and conduction.

The gauge of the cast aluminium is 5mm for the base of the pan and 2.5mm for the wall.

The non-stick coating used on the Grill Pan is Xylan a silicone based coating.
